We began managing 90 Roslyn Road in 2022.

This legacy building has 14 units, and the board chose us as their management partner after interviewing many property management companies.

The board was struggling to find a company who was qualified and capable.

They found that many of the companies they interviewed didn’t have the experience to properly manage a condo. That’s where we came in!


The Problem

The board at 90 Roslyn Road knew that their building needed renovations, but their current management company wasn’t doing anything about it.

That all changed when the board started to work with us.

The Solution

The Condo Corp at 90 Roslyn Road reached out to our maintenance department for an updated look in the front courtyard of the units. We scheduled and began work on the units by repairing minor issues (small cedar siding repairs on columns) and repainting all the areas.

Upon further inspections of the pillars when up on top it was noticed that there was extreme rot, decay inside of the pillars which could lead to a huge liability. It was then agreed upon through the corporation it was necessary to remove the pillars completely before total collapse.


We didn’t just slap on new paint and call it a day! Our knowledgeable team pays attention to detail, and made recommendations to the board to preserve the building, and properly maintain it for many years to come.
