We started managing Heartland Condos in 2019. Located in Landmark, MB Heartland Condos consists of two buildings and 20 individual units.
When the condo board reached out to us because they were dissatisfied with the service they were receiving from their current property manager, we knew that we could help.
The largest issue the board faced before hiring us was the collection of condo fees. Many residents were not keeping up with the payment of their condo fees, and the previous property manager was not stepping in to ensure payment was collected.
As soon as Heartland Condos brought us on, we used our legal expertise to collect outstanding condo fees and put systems in place to ensure the timely payment of fees from all residents.
The collection of condo fees was the most pressing issue Heartland faced when they brought us on as their property manager. However, we have continued to exceed their expectations in other areas as well.
With our 24/7 emergency line, the board has been thrilled that we are always readily available for maintenance requests, especially when there are emergencies.
